About Altius

Started as a Human Resources (HR) performance management training and system provider, Altius implemented HRIS systems for myriad companies and government institutions in Indonesia. As they transitioned into a continuous performance management (CPM) approach, the feedback for employees and managers needed to be conducted more frequently. Hence having a mobile app would help employees in doing their performance management regularly.

The Altius team came with a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD), so it didn’t take a lot of time for our team to prepare a mockup design. We settled with a design that feels fresh, modern yet still professional. We also designed the app so that the color scheme of the app can be customized easily to align with each company client’s branding. To connect with the existing backend system built using .NET, we developed an API layer that acts as a middleware between the backend and the mobile application.

How Dihardja Software Helps

We worked together closely with the Altius IT team who were also in the midst of transitioning their backend into a cloud-based environment to develop an API layer and various validations inside the application. Our scope of work includes:

• UI/UX design for the Altius mobile app with ability to customize the color scheme to fit each client
• API layer development using .NET Core
• iOS and Android development using Flutter
