You Deserve Better is a platform helping customers book in-demand beauty and wellness services online. Customers can enjoy browsing various beauty services, compare prices and reviews, and book services with exclusive promotions. The platform also helps business owners reach more customers and manage their bookings more efficiently by managing their business through the platform.

The platform encompasses a mobile app for end customers, a web portal for merchants, and a web portal for administrators — creating a complete ecosystem for the Indonesian beauty and wellness market.

How Dihardja Software Helps

Our involvement started with a product design project where we helped the YDB product team design the platform from scratch. We helped the YDB team analyze their competitive landscape to design the best user experiences for both merchants and customers. Together with the YDB team, we designed a mobile app for end customers, a web portal for merchants, and a web portal for admins. Once the design was completed, our development team started their work by developing the mobile application, website, and the backend systems.
